The Dream Academy is

a three-month training program based in Tulsa, Oklahoma which combines inspirational teaching with practical training to help you create the life you imagine. While the Dream Academy program is new, the curriculum has been in use for more than ten years in both the Go Internship and Submerge.tv. The parent organization behind all of these programs is GoInternational.tv founded by Greg and Christa Baca.

Greg and Christa Baca have a passion to help others live the lives they were created to live. As the founders of Go International, Go Internship, Submerge.tv, One International, and Go Missions the Bacas are no strangers to launching dreams.

Married in the Spring of 2003,  the Baca’s returned from their honeymoon and immediately launched Go International, Inc,. a non profit organization, with a mission to equip people to impact the world. In their early years they focused on college aged short term mission/service trips around the world. Their close work with students lead them to create the Go Internship, a ten month leadership training program that they operated for six years.

In 2012 they felt their hearts calling them to sell all and move to South America. Greg, Christa, and their two year old son Zion moved to Ecuador in the fall of 2012. Once on the ground in the capital city of Quito they launched a missions base to serve the city. Within months they launched Submerge.tv a ministry training/cultural immersion program. Submerge.tv continues to operate today.

As a result of the many outreaches that were occurring in Quito through Submerge, the Bacas saw the need to plant a different kind of church. In March 2013 ONE UIO was launched in partnership with Camilo Velasco a friend and local pastor in Quito. ONE UIO held it’s first two years of meetings at the House of Rock, a local bar and rock venue. ONE’s Tuesday night service quickly grew to be the busiest night of the week eclipsing the weekend concert crowd.

In January of 2015 the Bacas welcomed a new member to their family with the birth of their daughter Lucianna. In the fall of 2016 the Bacas handed over all ground operations to their staff in Ecuador and returned to Tulsa, OK. It is with much excitement that Greg & Christa begin this new chapter of their lives by launching Dream Academy.

I have graduated from Bible school and from college as well. However, nothing equipped me to reach my dreams and made me feel as prepared to face life’s challenges as this program did. It changed me for the better and I can’t recommend it enough.
